We’re nearly there – Autumn term is drawing to a close

Well, we’re nearly there! The end of term is nigh . Lessons finish at 3pm next Monday, 5 December (the Monday evening lessons finished last week as they didn’t miss a lesson due to the Queen’s funeral back in September). At 3pm on Monday, we’re literally pulling the plug on the pool and draining all the water out of it. Once it’s completely empty, we’re having the liner and pool cover replaced as well as a few other maintenance jobs. Then we have to fill it up, heat it up and have it tested ready to reopen in January.

As well as replacing the pool liner, we’re also well on with works to transform the old classroom next to the pool to our super new changing room and seating area. We’re really looking forward to showing you what we’ve been up to when we return to lessons w/c Monday 9 January.

To all our children who are moving on to deep water lessons we wish you all the best with your swimming . To everyone else, we look forward to welcoming you back to lessons w/c Monday 9 January.
