Fees
Fees for our lessons vary depending upon the number of weeks in a term. Fees are always charged pro rata so if your child starts lessons part way through a term you will pay fees for the number of weeks left that term.
Your fees will be confirmed during the booking in process.
If the fees due are not paid for by the deadline given during the booking in process, Swimstart will release your child’s place back to the waiting list.
Payments
Online
To pay online, you need to transfer a payment from your bank account to our bank account. Our bank details and your reference number will be advised on your confirmation paperwork which will be emailed out when you have booked.
By Cash or Cheque at the pool
You can hand your payment to the Hygiene Officer when you arrive at the pool for your first lesson. You must notify us in advance if you are paying on arrival as your place will be released back to the waiting list if you miss the deadline.
Credit or debit card
We have facilities to accept Credit or Debit cards payments when you arrive at the pool for your first lesson. The Hygiene Officer will be able to take payment from you. You must notify us in advance if you want to pay by card otherwise your place will be released back to the waiting list if you miss the deadline.
